Dingalan Community College (DCC), represented by Ms. Cristy C. Domingo and Mr. Jahrenz Jimenez, participated in the Rapid Damage Assessment and Needs Analysis Training conducted by the Local Government Unit of Dingalan in coordination with the Office of Civil Defense Regional Office III from September 1–4, 2026, at the Dingalan Incubation Hub.

The four-day training brought together representatives from various disaster risk reduction and management offices, response agencies, and offices of the Local Government Unit of Dingalan, strengthening coordination and preparedness in conducting timely and effective damage assessment and needs analysis during disasters.

DCC extends its sincere appreciation to Municipal Mayor Aurora G. Taay for her continued leadership and support in strengthening disaster preparedness and resilience in the municipality, and to the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) for facilitating this important capacity-building initiative.

Special thanks are also extended to the resource speakers and facilitators, Ronald E. Talagtag, Sherwin Rosales, Gabriel C. Llave, and Bong Molina, for sharing their knowledge, expertise, and valuable insights throughout the training.

DCC remains committed to supporting initiatives that promote preparedness, coordinated response, and community resilience toward a safer and more disaster-resilient Dingalan.
