Every second counts when lives are on the line. Dingalan Community College (DCC) proudly participated in the Water Safety and Emergency Response Training conducted by the Philippine Life Saving (PLS) Aurora in Dingalan, Aurora.
This capacity-building initiative provided participants with practical knowledge and essential skills in water safety, drowning prevention, and emergency response, equipping the community with the confidence and preparedness needed to respond effectively during water-related emergencies.
DCC extends its appreciation to the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) of the Local Government Unit of Dingalan for its support and partnership in initiatives that strengthen community preparedness, safety, and resilience.
