WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY

In celebration of World Mental Health Day, our Guidance Advocate, Ms. Angelyn Figuracion, conducted a short mental health check for our DCC students.
A simple reminder that taking care of our minds is just as important as taking care of our bodies as your mental health matters just as much as your physical health. So when life feels heavy, pause for a moment, take a deep breath, and rise again stronger. Remember, itβs okay not to be okay β what matters is you never give up.
