During the event, a Graduation Ceremony was held for DCC students who completed their NSTP 1 and 2. Alongside this, the newly elected Student Council Officers for 2025–2026 were sworn in and recognized.

One of the guests of honor was Mayor Aurora G. Taay, who delivered a message to the DCC students. She highlighted the importance of education as the foundation for a brighter future for the youth of Dingalan.

“Education is not just the key to personal success; it is also a valuable investment that allows the youth to contribute to the progress of their families, communities, and the entire nation. With every diploma and recognition comes a greater responsibility to continue on the path toward a more prosperous and meaningful future.”
